02 · KEEP THE CONNECTION GOING
Your following. Your content. Your club.
Give your followers a reason to connect beyond the public feed. Share member-only written updates, photos and videos about your college journey and build an opportunity for recurring monthly income.
One content item weekly is recommended. Members see your minimum commitment before joining. Club content is shared with your members rather than personalized for each subscriber. Enable member questions to gather ideas for a shared Q&A update.

You don’t need a production crew. Start with something you already experience, explain why it matters to you, and share it consistently.
What you pack, your pregame meal, your playlist or how you prepare mentally.
Show how you balance classes, studying, practice and downtime.
Share a skill you’re improving, what you worked on or a lesson you learned that week.
Reflect on a new city, a favorite meal or the experience of traveling with your team after the trip.
Let members get to know your hobbies, favorite campus spots, academic interests and ambitions after graduation.
Answer a few questions about your routines, experiences and goals in one update shared with all members.
Use a written update, a photo with a caption or a short video. These posts are shared with your club members, not personalized for each subscriber.
Get permission before featuring teammates or others, follow school rules, and keep restricted team information, private spaces and real-time travel details out of posts.
03 · OPTIONAL BRAND VIDEOS
A separate offer.
A price you control.
A personal video celebrates a fan, friend or family member. A business endorsement promotes a brand, product or service. The recording may be similar, but the business receives commercial usage rights you agree to provide.
Commercial promotion has a different value from a personal greeting. Set your business price separately to reflect the requested work and usage rights. You decide which opportunities to accept.
The business provides a script or brief. Review it before accepting, then record the agreed endorsement in your own voice. Your published offer should clearly describe what the brand receives.
Your offer can authorize the brand to publish the approved video across its own social-media channels. Review the brand’s script and intended social channels before accepting. The order covers video production and the permitted brand social sharing.
Personal: “Wish my brother a happy birthday.” Personal, noncommercial enjoyment and sharing.
Business: “Record an introduction to our local business for our brand’s social channels.” Commercial promotion with agreed usage rights.
Illustrative prices: You might list personal videos at $50 and business endorsements at $250. These are examples, not required prices. At a $250 listed business rate, Varsity adds a $75 customer platform fee and your listed earnings remain $250.
You keep your advertised business rate; Varsity adds a separately disclosed 30% customer platform fee. Varsity’s business order is for the video, not a multi-service sponsorship package. Appearances, posting on your own accounts and larger partnerships are outside this order. A brand may privately provide contact details so you can explore those opportunities directly off-site, if you choose. Varsity does not negotiate or manage those arrangements.
Opt in during profile setup, publish your business offer and separate price, and accept only opportunities that fit your interests and applicable school requirements.
